1. Please let the Planning inspector know that you support the Barnet Local Planning Authority (LPA) in their refusal of the Planning Application to build a 6 bed mansion with swimming Pool in Christchurch Lane Woodland.

 

Please provide a comment that nobody else can - your heart felt thoughts on the value of the Woodland to you personally and to the community - the Amenity value.

​The inspector will read all objections submitted against the original planning application. You don't need to repeat your objections. Your Appeal comments should focus on the new material submitted for the appeal. You will find the downloadable documents below.

 

Key Submission Formatting Guidelines:

• Format: Type into the online box and/or send documents in electronic format (PDFs preferred).

• Information to include: Ensure your name, address, appeal reference number 6007296, and site address LAND OPPOSITE, 15 SUNSET VIEW, BARNET, EN5 4LB are included. The 'next' page will allow you to upload PDF.

• Content: Clearly state if you are supporting the Barnet Local Planning Authority (LPA) or the appellant.

• Structure: Create separate appendices for photos (color preferred), maps, and plans - all clearly titled by content.

• Style: Use a clear, sans serif font such as Arial or Verdana, 11 point or larger.

• No Security: Do not password protect or set files to "read-only," and enable printing.

The inspector will NOT look at confidential 'representations'.

The Planning Inspector has newly confirmed the Appeal will be decided on written representations only. There is no longer to be a hearing. Due to the number of comments on the appeal, it will take some time for the decision to be announced.
