It is very important that those who objected now write to the planning inspector to support the council refusal of the planning application for a 6 bed mansion with swimming pool.

The inspector will read all objections submitted as part of the original planning application. Your Appeal 'representations' should focus on the new material submitted for the appeal and anything you may have omitted for your planning objection. The inspector will not look at confidential 'representations'.
Key Submission Formatting Guidelines:

Format: Send documents in electronic format (PDFs preferred).

Information Included: Ensure your name, address, appeal reference number, and site address are included.

Content: Clearly state if you are supporting the Local Planning Authority (LPA) or the appellant.

Structure: Create separate appendices for photos (color preferred), maps, and plans.

Style: Use a clear, sans serif font such as Arial or Verdana, 11 point or larger.

No Security: Do not password protect or set files to "read-only," and enable printing.
You can upload 8000 characters. On the next page link you can upload your appendices with reports, maps, images or a PDF of additional comments etc. Please save all images and maps into a PDF document before uploading.
Take your time. Write down your thoughts in a document. When you are ready you can copy and paste your 'representation' into the online form field.
You will receive a reply after submitting your 'representation'. This will contain details regarding attending the appeal hearing that starts on June 25th.
